At filteringspine, we stand behind the quality of our premium gift wrapping products and services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligible Items for Return
The following items are eligible for return:
- Unopened and unused gift wrapping products in their original packaging
- Items that are defective or damaged upon delivery
- Items that do not match the product description or order
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized gift boxes and wrapping materials
- Used or opened products that cannot be resold
- Completed gift wrapping services
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at writetous@filteringspine.world or +1 (877) 298-1846 to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging, if available, and include the RMA number
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions
- Items must be in their original, unused condition
- Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible
- All components, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Any tags, labels, or protective coverings must remain attached

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this when requesting your return authorization. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs for exchanges.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photographs of the damage or defect when contacting us to expedite the process.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damage caused during shipping). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Late or Missing Returns
Returns received after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted. If you need to return an item outside the return window, please contact us to discuss your situation. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit, so please use a trackable shipping method.
International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or import taxes. Returns must comply with our standard return policy and be received within the 30-day return window.
Gift Returns
Items received as gifts may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Gift returns will be processed as store credit. Please contact us with the order number and recipient information to initiate a gift return.
